Terms of Service

By using PolishMyShop you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose — no legalese wall. If something here doesn't make sense, email us.

What the service is

PolishMyShop is a done-for-you rewrite service for active Etsy listings. You give us your shop URL and email address. We read your public listings through Etsy's API, rewrite the titles, all 13 tags, and the description for each active listing, and email you the result as a PDF.

The PDF contains paste-ready copy, listing by listing. You then log into Etsy yourself and paste the new copy in. PolishMyShop never modifies your Etsy account, listings, or any other part of your shop. We read; you paste.

The price is $49, one-time, not a subscription. (This is an introductory launch price.) You pay once and receive one polish of your shop's active listings at the time of purchase.

What you get

• Rewritten titles for each active listing.
• A full set of 13 tags per listing.
• Rewritten descriptions for each active listing.
• One clean PDF delivered to the email address you provided, typically within a few hours of payment.

The polish covers your active listings at the time you order. Listings you add or change after payment are not included.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing the rewritten copy before pasting it into Etsy. Read it. Make sure it accurately describes your product.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you publish on your Etsy listings, including any copy from PolishMyShop.
• You must provide a real Etsy shop URL or listing URL. We can't polish a shop that doesn't exist.
• You must provide a valid email address to receive the delivery.

Refunds

If the polish isn't right — the copy doesn't fit your voice, something is off, you're not happy with it — reply to your delivery email and we'll refund you. No lengthy back-and-forth.

We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind after you've already used the copy in your Etsy listings.

No guarantees about results

We write the best copy we can given your listings and shop context. Whether buyers find your listings, click on them, and buy is outside our control.

Relationship with Etsy

PolishMyShop uses the Etsy Open API to read your public listing data in compliance with Etsy's API Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

We do not access your Etsy login, orders, payments, customer messages, or checkout flow. We read public listing data only.

Service provided as-is

PolishMyShop is provided as-is and as-available. We make reasonable efforts to deliver your polish promptly and accurately, but we do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or exactly as described.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PolishMyShop is limited to the amount you paid for the polish that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, even if we were aware such damages were possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the new version will appear at this URL with an updated date. Continuing to use PolishMyShop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
